Withdrawals

Please submit this form at least 10 school days prior to your child’s last day at Faria.  If your plans change, you may notify us at anytime upto the "Last day at School" date on your form.  Your child will not be disenrolled until that date so there is no risk of losing your child’s spot at Faria.  Failure to notify us at least 10 school days prior to your withdrawal could result in a delay of the release of your child’s records to the next school.
